Welcome to Bubble Works. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Bubble Works provides professional cleaning services including:

  • Window cleaning (residential and commercial)
  • Pressure washing
  • Chandelier cleaning
  • Hard water stain removal
  • Post-construction cleanup
  • Awning cleaning
  • Window tint removal
  • Shutter cleaning and maintenance

Services are provided in South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days.
  • Final pricing is based on property size, condition, and specific requirements.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing if actual conditions differ from those described.
  • A deposit may be required for large projects or first-time customers.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
  • No-shows will be charged the full quoted amount.
  • We may reschedule due to inclement weather for outdoor services at no additional cost.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, check, Zelle, and major credit cards.
  • For commercial accounts, NET 15 terms may be available upon credit approval.
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.

6. Insurance and Liability

  • Bubble Works maintains $2,000,000 in general liability insurance.
  • We are fully bonded and licensed to operate in the State of Florida.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that may become apparent during cleaning.
  • Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Property Access and Safety

  • Please ensure clear access to all areas requiring service.
  • Remove or secure fragile items near work areas.
  • Inform us of any pets, alarm systems, or special access requirements in advance.
  • For interior services, someone over 18 must be present or provide authorized access.

8. Weather Policy

For outdoor services, we reserve the right to reschedule if weather conditions are unsafe or would compromise the quality of our work. This includes rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures. You will be notified as soon as possible and rescheduled at no additional cost.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
